Farm-to-cup coffee: Grown in Guatemala, roasted in Dallas
We started Rabble Rousers Roasters after running an award-winning All Day Cafe, Oddfellows, and realizing we had a passion for doing things differently, a passion for coffee, and a dream to one day roast our own beans. That passion has only grown!
In 2026, we decided to revisit our roasting program, taking a trip to Guatemala's highlands to visit Finca Catalán de Las Mercedes. This family-owned business not only produces award-winning coffee beans, harvesting at an altitude of 6,000 ft., but educates the community through their school. Sourced directly from the farm and shipped to Texas, Finca Catalán provides us with the beans that our Master Roaster, Fernando Echeverria, uses to craft our products. We make our coffee for Trades Deli, Oddfellows, and for YOU! Available by the cup, in bulk, or wholesale.
